By using the NEPREM portal you agree to the following.

Your account

Accounts are created by your property manager and tied to a specific unit or property. Keep your password private and notify us right away if you believe it's been compromised.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. A small processing fee may be added for card transactions; ACH payments don't carry a fee. Scheduled auto-pay can be cancelled from your portal at any time before the next charge date.

Use of the portal

Don't upload malware, don't try to access other people's records, and don't use the messaging system for spam or harassment. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Liability

NEPREM provides the software and the management services described in your service agreement. Nothing here replaces the rights you have under your lease, condo documents, or applicable law.
