NEPREM ("we", "us") manages property records, payments, and communications on behalf of property owners, board members, landlords, and the tenants they serve. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
We collect only what's needed to run a property: name, email, phone, mailing address, assigned unit, payment method (stored with Stripe — we never see card numbers), and the messages/documents exchanged through the portal.
How we use it
To issue statements, process rent and HOA payments, deliver maintenance updates, and comply with accounting and legal requirements. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
Who can see what
Residents only see their own unit. Board members and landlords see the properties they are assigned to. Property managers see everything within their portfolio. You can request a copy of your own data at any time.
