Condo and HOA management
Who it is for: Condominium and homeowners associations in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
Smaller association? Association Financial Management is a lighter option for associations of 20 units or fewer: dues billing and collection, bill payment and monthly financial reports, while the board looks after the building.

- Dues billing, reminders and collections
- Owner communications, notices and announcements
- Vendor coordination and bill payment from the association's account
- Board support, including board meetings and the annual meeting
- Regular site visits, with a walkthrough every two weeks and a photo report in the board portal
- Monthly financial reports by the 15th of the following month
- Larger projects: we gather bids and, with the board's approval, hire a licensed contractor and coordinate the work
- An owner portal for online payments, Auto-Pay, repair requests and documents, and a board portal for the board
Rental property management
Who it is for: Owners of residential rental buildings in Massachusetts.
Rental management and leasing are offered for properties in Massachusetts.
