NEPREM is a Boston-based property management company serving landlords, condo associations, and their tenants. We combine hands-on local service with the kind of modern portal software most managers still don't offer.

Who we are

NEPREM — New England Property and Real Estate Management LLC — was founded to fix what's broken in Boston building management: the bigger firms treat every building like one of 200, and the smaller operators don't invest in the tech that owners and tenants expect in 2026. We sit in between: local enough to walk every building we manage, technical enough to give every stakeholder a real portal.

We're headquartered in East Boston, and we only take on properties within about 30 minutes of our office. That's not a marketing line — it's the actual radius where we can respond to a flooded unit in under an hour.

What makes us different

Local boots

We don't subcontract to a call center in another time zone. Real NEPREM staff answer the phone and visit the building.

Real software

Every stakeholder — owner, board, landlord, tenant — gets a role-specific portal with Stripe-backed payments and DocuSign e-signing baked in.

Transparent fees

5% on rent for Type A, flat for Type B, per-unit for Type C. No junk fees. You never get a surprise invoice.

Stripe-backed

Payouts run through Stripe Connect. You own the payout account. We only route and reconcile — funds never sit in NEPREM's books.

Boston-focused

We only manage buildings in and around Greater Boston. No national expansion distracting us from your property.

Exit-friendly

Contracts are month-to-month after 90 days. Full data export any time. We keep your business by earning it, not locking you in.
